How to request deletion of your personal data
At MagicMetrics (operated by AEye SoftLabs Private Limited), we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time by following the instructions below.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- Your personal information (name, email, phone number, WhatsApp number)
- Your communication history and chat logs
- Property preferences and interaction data
- Account information and settings
- Any other personal data we have collected about you
Note: We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records, legal compliance). Any retained data will be kept only for the minimum period required.
How to Request Data Deletion
1Send an Email Request
Send a data deletion request to:

Include the following information in your email:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Phone number or WhatsApp number (if applicable)
- Any additional information to help us identify your account
2Request via WhatsApp
If you have been communicating with us via WhatsApp, you can send a message with the text "DELETE MY DATA" or "DATA DELETION REQUEST" to the WhatsApp number you've been chatting with.
Our team will respond and guide you through the verification process.
3Use Our Contact Form
Visit our contact page and submit a request with "Data Deletion Request" in the message field.

Acknowledgment
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 24 hours.
Verification
We may ask you to verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletions.
Deletion Complete
Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.
What Happens After Deletion
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
- You will no longer receive any marketing communications from us
- Your account and access to our services will be terminated
- All your chat history and interaction data will be permanently removed
Important Notes
Irreversible Action
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you have downloaded any information you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
Legal Retention
We may be required to retain certain data for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes even after your deletion request. This data will be kept secure and used only for these purposes.
Third-Party Services
If you want to delete data held by third-party services (like Meta/WhatsApp), you may need to contact them directly. We can guide you through this process.
