These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MagicMetrics platform and website, operated by AEye SoftLabs Private Limited ("we," "our," or "MagicMetrics"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.

The Service

MagicMetrics provides pre-sales technology and managed marketing services for real-estate developers — including advertising campaign management, lead capture and routing, WhatsApp-based communication with prospective buyers, and reporting on the resulting activity.

Where we operate advertising accounts or business pages on a client's behalf, we do so as that client's authorised agent, under access the client grants and may withdraw at any time. Each client's accounts, campaigns and data are kept separate from those of any other client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the property information, pricing, approvals and claims they ask us to communicate, and for holding the rights to any brand assets, photographs or video they supply. Clients remain responsible for their own advertising account balances and for compliance with the policies of any advertising platform used.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited communication, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with their operation. We honour opt-out and do-not-contact requests from message recipients and expect clients to do the same.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services operate alongside third-party platforms including Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram), Google and others. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability, pricing and delivery behaviour are outside our control.

Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The MagicMetrics platform, its software and its documentation remain our property. Content a client supplies — brand assets, photographs, video and copy — remains the client's property, licensed to us only as far as needed to deliver the services.

Disclaimers

We do not guarantee any particular number of enquiries, site visits or sales. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the property itself, its pricing, market conditions and the client's own sales process.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement on written notice. On termination we will disconnect from the client's advertising accounts and business pages promptly, and the client regains sole, direct control of them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
